Do I need to be "good at meditation" to attend a class/1-on-1 session?

No. Meditation is not about perfection. It is about presence - simply showing up and breathing with what is here.

How often should I meditate?

There is no perfect frequency. Even short sessions of 10-15 minutes daily can help regulate the nervous system - or we can co-design a rhythm that feels sustainable for you.
